I’m Naomi Duckworth, a notary and loan signing agent serving Sherwood, North Little Rock, Little Rock, Bryant, Benton, and surrounding Central Arkansas communities. My goal is to make scheduling straightforward and provide a professional, respectful signing experience.
NNA Certified Signing Agent. $100,000 in errors and omissions (E&O) insurance. A notary is an impartial witness and cannot provide legal advice or choose documents on your behalf. Signers must meet applicable identification and willingness requirements.

Rates are starting prices and may vary by service type, document package, timing, and appointment details. Up to four stamps with signatures are included; each additional stamp is $5. Hospital and nursing-home appointments have an additional $5 fee. Locations outside these areas can be quoted on request. Confirm the total fee before booking.
Additional Fees & Booking Policy
- Rush appointments: Add $25 when an appointment is requested two hours or less before service. Rush appointments are subject to availability and are not confirmed until we approve the time and price.
- After-hours, weekends & holidays: An additional $25 fee may apply when an appointment is scheduled outside standard availability, including evenings, weekends, or holidays. This fee may be combined with the rush fee when applicable.
- Mobile document printing: The first four pages are free; additional pages are $0.28 per page.
- Appointment deposit: A 50% deposit is required to reserve a confirmed appointment. The remaining balance is due at the appointment. The total price and applicable fees will be disclosed before payment.
- Cancellation 24 hours or more before appointment: Deposit refunded in full.
- Late cancellation or missed appointment: A previously disclosed, reasonable cancellation or travel charge may be retained; any remaining deposit will be refunded.
- Rescheduling: Requests made at least 24 hours in advance may be moved to another available time without an additional booking fee.
- If Worth Notary Services cancels: You may reschedule or receive a full deposit refund if a suitable replacement time is not available.
Appointment requests are not confirmed until availability, service details, total price, and deposit are agreed upon and the deposit is received. If a notarization cannot legally proceed or the signer is not ready, applicable cancellation or travel charges will be handled according to the policy disclosed before payment. All fees will be explained before you pay.
